He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

Another leak was from an old laundry valve which left a lot of water in the basement who knew?! An old shower valve was causing the rattle and was replaced. Lastly the for the other toilet problem, he suggested I buy a toilet and he would install it saving me hundreds of dollars! He even gave me the brands that he liked for toilets. Brandon even checked my furnace, gave me some suggestions and gave me a quote on the water heaters that are close to replacement.
