I was very determined to encourage him. But he had me waited for an hour and it was disrespectful for me. I thanked him when the appointment is kept being cancelled to contact the electric company. He wanted me to do it, he finally did it and then they rescheduled. But now, from this point on where is additional work, that their company wishes the company is requiring. He looked at the issues, and then nothing. I spoke to the service coordinator about 2-3 times over two weeks. She was friendly and apologetic saying her colleague was not responding to her flagging the item, and promised it several times in the next day or so. Finally after about two weeks, i suggested that they send it in the next three days or i'd assume they were not able to create an estimate. Sounds fair, she said, and i never heard back. A waste of time, no real explanation. Just disorganized, I guess, or dont need the clients."
