"We chose Westchester Stairlift after talking with 2 other companies. My husband has Parkinson’s, is a big guy, and our home has multiple levels. They were heads above the other two in providing us the best solutions for our needs. Martin Friedrichs came to our home and carefully came up with a well thought out plan. We ended up with 2 lifts (one curved and one straight) due to the complexity of our layout of narrow stairs, hallways and entrances. He knew right away what would give us the best access to all the levels of our home. His experience and expertise was very evident after talking with the other two companies. The installers were efficient, informative, and very pleasant. They even came back after a couple of days to adjust one chair to make it more comfortable. The lift works perfectly and has made it possible for my husband to move safely from one area of our home to the others. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Westchester Stairlift."
