Since I live out of state, it was critical that the crew were reliable and trustworthy, since they would have access to the home without the owner present. Workers took great care to minimize disruption while work was going on- accessing the roof by a ladder rather than coming through the house, and they put down paper so they wouldn’t track dirt through our home on the rare occasions they had to come from inside. It has rained since the repair and no leak yet! Highly recommend Imperial Contracting."

They worked on shutter and trim repair. Also insulating my walls, priming and painting. Lastly they replaced an exterior grille. The work looked very nice. - A proposal was provided at the beginning - They protected all the surfaces and cleaned up. I have cleaned up after multiple contractors and now will not hire anyone that does not leave the job as they found it - They provide enough staff to do the work properly (this is important as a lot of GCs will send too few or sometimes too many) - All the men worked very hard and when I would check in on them, they were always working.
