Working with my property manager, we received several quotes. Chatel Construction was the most competitive, with the "smartest" approach to eliminate unnecessary costs. Since I live out of state, it was critical that the crew were reliable and trustworthy, since they would have access to the home without the owner present. Scott Chatel (owner) or a supervisor was onsite at all times. The results are outstanding. I will absolutely engage Chatel Construction for our future repair and renovation needs."

The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks.
