Since I live out of state, it was critical that the crew were reliable and trustworthy, since they would have access to the home without the owner present. "Emergency roof repair was needed as there was a leak. Roof was located under a deck and repairs were done quickly and very efficiently. Workers took great care to minimize disruption while work was going on- accessing the roof by a ladder rather than coming through the house, and they put down paper so they wouldn’t track dirt through our home on the rare occasions they had to come from inside. It has rained since the repair and no leak yet! Highly recommend Imperial Contracting."
