Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them.
