After talking with Water Heater Now rep he told me that since I have a well it might be better to leave my current functioning water heater. He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. While I decided I will keep my water heater until it shows a problem I will definitely call Water Heater Now when I need a new water heater."

"I left a previous review after Mike with Randy's Electric came out to look at the job I wanted completed. That went great and I stated that if I went forward with the project I would hire him. Well, I went forward with the project and could not be happier. Everything went smooth on the date of installation. After discussing the location of the plug in site Mike thought the best location would be in a spot which required him to do extra wiring but there was no change in cost. He was excellent at explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. He even took the time to test everything with the generator hooked up to the transfer switch to make sure we everything worked properly.
