Get matched with top seamless metal gutters repairers in Brookston, IN

"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"Jerome really has a passion for his work. He surveyed our house and recommended downspouts to get the water away from our house, and that the facia wood was detoriated and putting gutters over it would not be secure and decrease water he longevity of the final product."

"So the guys came and put in the door. No wood left for me to try to match stain to and none provided by Matt as promised, and as mentioned in earlier review. Now found out when we went to stain doors that there was a pretty big gap left at the top between the new door frame and the wall, thus anything such as cold air, etc. could get in. Not only that but on the side, the shims that they put in were there and never caulked. Also, the top piece of trim around the new door was loose already and we have hardly used the door. Not very pleased with this and feel that Matt thought I was a dumb because I am a woman and treated me as if I knew nothing. I needed the wood that they had as not all wood takes stain the same way, as I tried to tell Matt, but he would not get the wood to me as promised. Feel that he promised great service and did not deliver. Would not use again."

"Took pics of work done on 2nd floor gutters after cleaning."

"Brad Marchel easy to work with, made the extra effort to get job done right. Pricing was close to low end of roofers I talked to and he's one of the few outfits to carry adequate insurance covering his crew. This is important so you don't get sued if they fall off your roof and get hurt.  Brad will be the first one I call when I need a roof on another house."

"Mike provided a quick response to my inquiry call and we arranged a date/time for him to do the work. He followed up via text on the service date and he arrived promptly. Although it was very cold with ice on the ground, he worked efficiently to repair the siding and downspout. It's been about 5 weeks since the repair and have had no issues. I appreciate the professionalism and will definitely call him in the future for other home repair / maintenance needs."

"They came on time and worked all day to completely replace my roof and fix my chimney. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and our roof looks amazing. We appreciated them making the process so easy for us."

"Mark was perfect.  He arrived on time, was professionally dressed with his company name on his clothing and had a very friendly demeanor.  He evaluated our entire home at no cost, guided us on the overall scope of window repair and never seemed pushy at all.  He was able to give us a quote and his best advice on the situation.  He is a great guy with great knowledge. We will use him again for sure!

"The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."
