"We obtained (4) quotes for the replacement of our central heat/AC system. While price is always a consideration, for us, that is not all of it and we always base our decisions on other factors of importance to us as well. Of all the quotes, Dennis Hall of Bill Bowers A/C nailed it on everything. While it was not the lowest quote, since it included many other repair/maintenance type things related to other components of the system that would make the new one run at it's best, it was the best quote. Also, unlike ALL the others, the written quote was very detailed and specific as to what it would include; also important to us. However, the true deciding factor was Dennis and all the time and effort he put into assessing the job to prepare that excellent, detailed quote and then thoroughly explaining everything to us. We appreciated his obvious expertise and desire for us to understand the quote, work and scope of the job. He was then very prompt in getting us scheduled and completed and took all the time (long day!) to be sure our new system was installed well. We truly appreciated everything he did and we're very glad we made this choice. We intend to keep our AC business with Dennis going forward."
