They went the extra mile because it turns out that our dryer was not blowing out of the house through a vent but was just blowing up to the attic. Hunter climbed up into the attic and found the issue and made some improvements and both he and Brandon made recommendations on what could be done to fix the issue completely. Upon inspecting the 16 year old roof, they immediately and accurately identified multiple damaged areas and set about repairing one leak on the spot. As the more seriously damaged area required significantly more work, they agreed to return with the needed supplies to complete the job, which they did. As most homeowners, I have had many dealings with service providers over the years and seldom have I experienced the level of integrity and professionalism exhibited by this company. Frank advised me of the expected lifespan remaining in the roof and rather than try to sell me other than what was necessary, he did the repairs for a reasonable price in a timely manner.
