"It was OK. It was not as good as I hoped for, but it was nothing major. It just turned out to be a bigger job than I think they were really able to handle. It was an old house and old house throws you curve balls. I don't think they've ever worked on an old house before. So it was a big challenge for them. They got frustrated and I got frustrated. Overall it was a good job; it just wasn't as good as I hoped for. But I realize part of it was not all their fault. I'm not blaming them for all of it. Mainly it was just because it is an old house and problems occurred that we were not anticipated. In the end I ran out of money and we just had to kind of compromise. It's not that I'm not really happy with him, it's the overall situation. It was a bit difficult for me."
