"Great job! Excellent attention to detail with finish work. Great communication from everyone during the entire process. Cost was excellent."

"I've been meaning to write this review (good review!) for G&V for months now and I regretfully only just got to it. Brian and G&V came out to help us repair a concrete walkway on the side of the house in the summer of 2019 and did an amazing job. Not only were they very professional, they were also very kind and understanding of our problems. We are first time homeowners and bought an older home that had almost no repairs done by the previous (and original owners). We were facing water issues along the walkway that was seeping into our crawlspace. Brian came out, listened to our issues, and proposed a solution, clearly experience al the technical details. The estimate they provided was very fair. However, the reason why I was so happy with the entire process was due to an incident that occurred during the week they came out. One of neighbors or perhaps a passerby, reported us for not having a permit to do the work. As it was originally determined, we did not need a permit but did cost us a couple hours of headache and back and forth with the township, the permit reveiwer, and G&V to figure the situation out. Throughout the entire ordeal, Brian was patient and understanding. He was even able to reorder the cerment needed for the next day. I'm currently thinking about additional repairs needed around the house and would not hesitate to work with Brian and G&V again. Thank you!"

"Wally Manfredia is the ultimate contractor. Not only is the work done professionally and expertly, but he really cares about his customers. He and his staff paid careful attention to my home and the work done here, which was not only extensive but challenging, as my home is very old with lots of hidden problems. I would highly recommend Manfredia's Carpentry & General Contracting!"

"I had my 1960s paneled and drop ceiling basement room remodeled. I cannot tell you how pleased I am at the upgrade. Along the way Gary answered many emails and calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour. He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done. All the workers were do polite and diligent and cleaned up the area. I cannot put into words how wonderful the whole process has been and have already given references to friends."

"We had a terrible experience with another contractor who had left us high and dry and with a massive sanitation and safety hazard on our hands. Paul and his team were able to swiftly come in and address all problems as well as highlight design/layout choices made by the previous contractors that simply didn't make sense. They repaired items that had been damaged by the previous crew, swiftly got the remodel completed, and did so all while acting in a professional and courteous manner. The price was fair for the work and both Paul and his foreman checked in repeatedly over the next few weeks after completion of the remodel to ensure that everything was still in good condition, that we were still happy with the work, and to ensure there was nothing that we failed to think of or get addressed during the project. We would absolutely hire Paul and his crew for subsequent work in the future."

"Matt did an amazing job with our project. He was very responsive and thorough every step of the way. I highly recommend him!"

"Max takes pride in his work. He is professionsal and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a good contractor."

"Dell the house healer has a passion and pride for the work he does. His prices are fair and the quality of work is outstanding. I consider him my go to person for all of my home maintenance and improvement needs."

"We are a family of four with two young boys with tons of energy and needed too make some changes to our home to meet our lifestyle. Patrick and his small team remodeled my master bath in 2023 to convert a large soaking tub into a walk in shower and reworked everything else to modernize and update the functionality. Two years later he finished our entire basement to add a gym, family living space, and bathroom, while maintaining plenty of storage. Patrick took great care to combine his expertise with our vision to help maximize our space and functionality. He is very professional and knowledgeable and has a great eye for problem solving. We value the work he does and appreciate that the quality matches the price. We plan to seek his expertise again on other households projects in the near future."

"Tom from TAF was first to respond from the contractors you suggested. Came and inspected area the next week and emailed me proposal next day. More detailed work than I expected but work nevertheless needed done. Price very reasonable and hope to reach out again if/when I can fit into budget."
