"Garage door is great. Work on modifying the trim was hacked up, removed siding once installed it was not sealed. He was supposed to come back to put the drywall up and it was over a week and no call. Left sawdust in the garage, driveway, left hardware in the driveway and worst of all he left cigarette butts in my yard. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not want him back at my house."

"ABC replaced a garage door on a rental property.  Jesse was extremely courteous and responsive.  The technician showed up and was courteous and polite as well.  He replaced the door and the overall process went off w/o a hitch.

"We were not able to open the door at all hence both of our cars were locked in -- on a Sunday. We called and they said the repair person would arrive in an hour and they were right on time. (This was facilitated by their current call being in our area.) "Finally a professional that not only meets expectations but goes well beyond. Eugene Burgess was on time, worked quickly and replaced two garage door openers in a timely fashion. He also replace the rubber strip on the bottom of each garage door (not expected but appreciated). When finished he fully explained the operation of the system and took the time to reset the cars remotes. A class act!! "My primary complaint is cost and not service. The service provided was very good. Precision Garage Doors were able to come out promptly on the next day (Saturday) after I called them at 4pm on a Friday. The technician replaced the torsion springs and even repaired a few minor items on our garage doors at no additional charge. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. That being said, the price that they charged for the torsion spring parts. The labor charges seemed reasonable, but they wanted to charge $250 for *each* torsion spring. I could not find online anywhere where a torsion spring cost more than about half of that ($125). When asked why these torsion springs cost so much, the technician was sort of vague. In following up with the company, I generally got the run-around. They could not provide the manufacturer's part number, and the manufacturer that they use only sells wholesale and will not disclose the price that they charge. No one could really justify the outrageous price that they were charging for the parts, but I needed my garage door fixed as soon as possible, and I didn't have time that weekend to fix it myself due to other obligations. Overall, if you want the problem fixed promptly and properly, and don't mind spending a lot of money, then Precision Garage Doors will do the job for you. If you are handy enough to install torsion springs yourself, you would save a ton of money."

"Chris, the technician, was extremely prompt and showed up the same day I talked to them. He knows his stuff, and was super helpful and very nice. But it turned out my mechanical issue was just a matter of two sensor wires on the back of the unit being disconnected. Chris checked out the system, adjusted the safety setting on the door, reattached the wires, sprayed some WD40 in the track- and presto - I was told that my "safety inspection" had become an $85 "Service Call!" SURPRISE! At least I got credit for the $39 I paid for the special offer, but I'm not sure this was a service call for 2 wires. These guys are clearly knowledgeable, and at least I didn't have to buy a new unit, but I'm not giving them all "A"s because it still feels a little off."
