I explained the issues we were having and he replaced the rollers and made some adjustments. WOW what a difference it made! I forgot how quiet the door sounded when it was new. "ABC Garage Repair is TOP NOTCH!  I have 2 garage doors and both of the auto openers were old and needed replacement.  I emailed 3 of Angie's List "A" rated companies and Jesse from ABC was the ONLY ONE to respond to my inquiry.  They got the business based solely on that.  Confirmed an appointment w/in 3 days of initial contact.  The installer was friendly, informative and timely.  Replaced both openers and put in a exterior key pad but the rollers were old and although the doors opened they were loud and the garage doors needed a tune up.  Scheduled ABC for the tune up  the next day and another tech came out - same story, on time, friendly, experienced and walked through everything.  I received a little discount on the tune up since we had just spent a lot on the openers.  Great service.  Roller/Tune up made a huge difference and it's amazing what a difference.  GREAT SERVICE!  I would recommend ABC to friends, clients and Angie's listers!

He also replace the rubber strip on the bottom of each garage door (not expected but appreciated). "My primary complaint is cost and not service. The service provided was very good. Precision Garage Doors were able to come out promptly on the next day (Saturday) after I called them at 4pm on a Friday. The technician replaced the torsion springs and even repaired a few minor items on our garage doors at no additional charge. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. That being said, the price that they charged for the torsion spring parts. The labor charges seemed reasonable, but they wanted to charge $250 for *each* torsion spring. I could not find online anywhere where a torsion spring cost more than about half of that ($125). When asked why these torsion springs cost so much, the technician was sort of vague. In following up with the company, I generally got the run-around. They could not provide the manufacturer's part number, and the manufacturer that they use only sells wholesale and will not disclose the price that they charge. No one could really justify the outrageous price that they were charging for the parts, but I needed my garage door fixed as soon as possible, and I didn't have time that weekend to fix it myself due to other obligations. Overall, if you want the problem fixed promptly and properly, and don't mind spending a lot of money, then Precision Garage Doors will do the job for you. If you are handy enough to install torsion springs yourself, you would save a ton of money."

"After going over my garage door for about 5 minutes I was told that I would need a new garage door, springs, track work, and all sorts of stuff. The original price quoted was $1299, however they gave me a deal of $999 and offered a payment plan. I had another company come to evaluate my problem and repair the garage door, and reprogram all of my remotes, to include the factory installed remote in the car for $130. It seemed that the focus was on getting me to buy a new garage door because I was told the one I had was not worth repairing. It was repaired, and is working fine.
