"Our 25 yr old furnace needed to be replaced with a more energy efficient model, the pilot light would not stay lit, and we had replaced the thermocouple several times. We had heard about this company from neighbors. Winter weather was approaching so we called to schedule a home call. The owners of the company came out personally to estimate the repair or replacement of the unit. it was determined that replacement would be the more cost effective and safest option.
