"The tanker showed up on time and ready to go. They opened it, showed me everything I was curious about, including how to check the level myself. They described my tank and field to the best of their ability, based on their experiences. The tank took extra time to empty, over the one hour labor they allocate for the normal job. The cleaner charged me only an extra $30 for the extra 15 minutes. I was able to pay with a credit card. Very professional, very friendly, very experienced. Highly recommended.

"Rob (the owner/operator) was very professional and helpful. He checked for new contacts when he finished his previous job in our town and called us before he headed home, allowing him to squeeze us in on a Saturday afternoon - in a thunderstorm! He then spent time with me while we were paying him, helping me understand how I could likely effect a solution to our septic system problems myself, without us having to even have him come out to pump our tank out again! "Loose Deuce did an absolutely amazing job for me here in Marcola helping me locate a hidden chamber of my septic tank full of sludge that hadn't been pumped for 45 years, as I had only been aware of the secondary access since I purchased the house in in the late 70's. They used their camera to locate the primary chambers access which was under a deck. Once we opened up the deck they returned and pumped out what was essentially nothing but solids and they charged me far less than the people who for years had just been pumping the liquid going into the secondary chamber. These guys are amazing!"

"Aaron and his son were amazing! They got the job done in just 3 days! We had to have a completely new sewer line installed, about 100 feet from the house out to the street. ER Pipeline had the best priced bid out of 4 different plumbing services in Eugene that I got quotes from. They were much more affordable then any of the big name plumbing companies in town. Aaron and his son started the job within a week of providing me a bid. They dug the new trench in one day, laid the new pipe line the second day. The third day they had to have the city inspector come approve before backfilling the trench, Aaron took care of arranging the inspection and proper city permits. Once the inspector approved, they filled the trench by the end of the day. They did an excellent job in packing down the dirt after it was back filled, leaving a minimal amount of a hump in the yard. They also replaced all of the stone rock in an area of the yard. There was minimal concrete that needed to be replaced, only two sidewalk slabs. Aaron’s “concrete guy” came out and took care of the new sidewalk slabs. They were done perfectly! Better then they were before the work, before there was a lip in the sidewalk that neighbors have tripped on, and now there is no more lip! Overall, ER Pipeline Services did an amazing job and were extremely friendly. They even had their adorable “ditch dog” Marley who was on the work site every day watching over everything ;). I would highly recommend them if you’re looking at doing similar work."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
