Office staff Amberly, Tara & Jennifer were quick to respond to my emails & calls. Onsite workers Mike, Al, Brandon & "Mellow" were attentive to my needs/requests and worked their butts off hand-digging ditches in my rocky ground with few breaks. "Just had Bracken install interior French drain in my basement today. Crew showed up on time and kept me informed through the process. I will update post a few months from now once I know for sure the system works or not. Crew was out of Williamsport and worked non-stop and cleaned up well. "Shawn Kozlowski and his crew were amazingly efficient. They completed the job in three days although I had been informed that it would take a week. The job included Installation of foundation wall supports (carbon strapping) and a complete foundation drainage system that includes two sump pumps. Although the work included a great deal of concrete removal using jackhammers, digging, and finally replacing the concrete, everything was done very well. "I choose the "safe track" sump pump system to tackle the efflorescence on my basement walls. Didn't know water could build up in concrete blocks and deteriorate a foundation wall. The system is doing its job, though it is an eye sore. Trying to figure out how to build around it, but still leaving access to sump pump, is a tough task."

"Excellent service and excellent job! My husband and I just bought a house in Altoona and had 2 inches of rain a week later. Water came in the basement along a side wall, where the wall meets the floor. We called Dan for an estimate, along with 2 others. Dan scheduled an appt for an estimate a day later. His estimate was half the cost of the other 2 estimates and he fit us in his schedule to have the work completed the following Tuesday, starting at 6am. His crew was at the house at 5:50am on Tuesday, set up an impressive dust collection system, took 50 minutes to jackhammer out the floor, carry out the out concrete, and drill the holes in about 70ft! They then put in the gravel and pipe, and poured concrete to make it look like new. They were impressive and done in a few hour! We paid Dan with our Visa once the job was finished, so got cash back. Can't say enough good things about them!"
