They will call and tell you they’re going to be here. They call like an hour before they get here. I have used them for 20 years. I think they have to hire more people because if you are on their comfort plan, they did the air conditioning and the furnace. The air conditioning is about a month down the road and you are already in season. When they did the furnace in October or November, you are already in the season. That’s what I would say there."

Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time.
