I called Mr. Terry from American Plumbing and he came out that following Monday and performed a leak detection. It was a hot water slab leak from 2 lines. This time, Seth and Logan came out the very next day to reroute 2 hot water lines. One to the washer and one to the kitchen sink. These two guys are so awesome. Again, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation and without getting annoyed. This company is top tier. Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood)."

Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.
