He is timely, neat and tidy, very knowledgeable regarding everything to do with the installation, excellent wood work and plumbing and i love my added bench. "Eric and crew were great to work with. The old deck was swiftly removed and the new deck in installed in just a few days. Work area was always left tidy. Construction quality is high. The picture is of just finished deck. I had him stain a light color; thought quality showed better with raw wood. Eric suggested the top rail - you can set drinks and even a plate on it! I am enjoying it. I am president of my HOA and have dealt with a variety of vendors/contractors and Eric was one of the easiest, most reliable who delivered a high quality product when he said. Would definitely use Eschberger Construction again. "
