"When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. On installation day, Carlos and his team arrived promptly and removed our old, ugly chain link fence and installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence. We couldn't be more thrilled with it! As far as pricing, CLM's price was the best -- in one case nearly $5K LOWER than what another company quoted us! "The guys with All Phase Fence Inc. did a fantastic job with our fencing.  They were prompt, professional and courteous.  The owner, Tom Britton, made sure to discuss all aspects of the fencing project in advance to ensure we got what we wanted.  Our project was slightly complicated as it involved installation of several types of fencing in three different locations, as well as repairs to an existing fence.  Yet the entire job was completed to our satisfaction.  The materials are beautiful and the installation very professional.  Once the project was complete, the owner personally came back to check on the work and make sure we were happy.  I would recommend using All Phase Fence Inc for all your fencing needs.

"I purchased the Angie's List deal and was able to set up an appointment without any problems.  Upon arrival, we found out that it was an extra charge to power wash the fence around the deck.  We also encountered some issues because my townhome unit does not have access to a spigot.  We had the option of paying an additional fee and wait for them to bring a truck that has water in it but due to time constraints and time taken off of work, we decided to feed the line through the house and connect to the spigot at my front door.  They cautioned multiple times that if anything went wrong, the company is not liable for any water damage throughout the house.  We decided to take the risk and just get it done.  Luckily, everything went smoothly and my deck looked brand new afterward.  Mel's did a great job!

"I contacted Earth Friendly Services this morning and I immediately received a reply.  Phil contacted me and I asked for a proposal for installing my new light.  He responded and said he would be at my home in about 15 - 20 minutes.  His responsiveness was exact. He arrived in about 15 minutes. I showed him the light fixture and he said it was no problem and he could do it today.  I also asked him if he would also install a new electrical outlet in my foyer and again he said no problem.  Phil installed the light fixture and the electrical outlet that day and he did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and the quality of work was awesome.  I was also very pleased on the price.  I have put Earth Friendly Services number in my phone book and I will sure use them again.  Thanks Phil!

"Was only there 10 minutes. Had a poorly designed machine for aeration (holes widely spaced) and only made one pass, which was inadequate. Made no suggestions as to my needs. I guess you get what you pay for.
