They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

"We were having problems with water leaking into the basement along the cinder block wall perimeter and began to have pooling there and at the garage door entrance to the basement. We contacted several companies for an estimate to fix the problem. S & S was the company offering the best solution. S & S did a very professional job in completing a inside drainage trench system with sump pumps. Steve worked with us to work out the details to our satisfaction in contract form. The process was explained as the work progressed. The crew were efficient and courteous. Work was completed in a reasonable time and good quality materials were used. The basement and yard area were left clean and in good order. We are very satisfied with the results."

"Steve came to consider the problem and give me an estimate. He seemed very thoughtful and sincere. We agreed on the price and the date when work would start. With no delays, the work started on the agreed-upon date. Steve's brother Dave does the actual deconstruction and puts in the drainage. He has a team of three men, including himself, and they completed the job in 3 days. It may have been the hottest 3 days of the summer but they didn't complain--I couldn't believe how diligent they were. And they didn't "thrash." We've probably all had people working on our homes that made us wonder if the house was going to be standing when they were through. These guys were great--I'd definitely call them professionals. Once they finished, I had a couple items I wanted done a different way. That was no problem. They came back and finished it very much to my satisfaction. Whenever I called the company, I received a call back. I would definitely use Waterproofing, Inc. again but I think my problem is solved.
