"Frontier honored its warranty for stabilizing my driveway concrete after it continued to sink 1 year after they were hired to stabilize. They sent out Jovon to complete the warranty work. Jovon was exceptional in his workmanship and professionalism. He looked at the prior work and walked through his solution for correcting the issue. "My crawlspace was wet, moldy, and just nasty. The insulation was soaking wet and it smelled awful. I called five different companies to come out and give me quotes on what they thought needed to be done. I had quotes all over the board ranging from $7,000 all the way up to $48,000. Southern dry was not the cheapest but no where near the most expensive. I decided to use them because Kevin the sales associate I used fully explained the process and broke down each step to where I could understand what was going to be accomplished and what materials would be used. They were even willing to accommodate my special request of adding an extra door to have access under my porch. The installation team, Cha-Chi, Michael, and Ventura were absolutely outstanding. They communicated well and made me fully aware when each step of the process would be taking place. They also always arrived on time and made sure to clean up any trash after each day of work. "Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

"I interviewed four companies to understand who had the most experience. It was clear that Raisecrete has the most slab and foundation experience of the four companies. Their price was in line with the other three, but I was most interested in their experience. They communicated constantly prior to doing the job to make sure we had everything lined up. They were punctual and took the time to explain the process and discuss the best method of repairs. The outcome was exactly as they said it would be and I feel I have a permanent fix to the crack in my slab. He has a large crew that all worked hard the entire time. In addition, they checked out my entire foundation to make sure everything checked out. I highly recommend them and would use them again."

"I couldn’t be happier with the patio and sidewalk that the Maven Group installed at my home. It has a stamped concrete finish. They were very professional and helpful in guiding me through the decisions with the project. The patio and sidewalk look great and they left things in great shape when they left - pressure washed and repaired any tracks from the equipment (seeded and strawed). As an added bonus- my point-of-contact initially as well as the crew performing the work were all very nice and helpful. For reference: I should say that they actually removed and replaced a patio and sidewalk that another company did an unbelievably poor job on (and on that note: I would NOT recommend Austin Stamp Crete, Color Scapes, Inc., or Grant Parker DBA as either). So having such a bad experience with the first installation by another company, I was overly cautious with this one and had LOTS of questions. Everyone at Maven was very patient with all my questions. I recieved a recommendation for the Maven Group from a friend and would also recommend them to anyone else needing concrete work so am writing this review. I just wish I had found them sooner!"
