Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. He was very professional and conducted several tests to insure that there were no leaks when the toilet was flushed."

"Excellent work done on replacing an existing Central AC system. They used adequate measures to protect the interior of the house during the replacement and cleaned up all work areas. They were very professional. The only negative thing was in relation to communications. A scheduled appointment was more than an hour late and i had to call to see if they were still coming. On at least one occasion it took more than a day to get a return email. Having been a project manager for various mechanical and electrical jobs, I understand the need to keep the information flowing between the customer and provider."
