"When they contacted me they told me that they could be to my house in one hour. I left work 1/2 after I hung up with them giving myself plenty of time to get home. They called 1 hr and 10 mins. after the initial call and said it would be 15-20 minutes....it actually ended up being 35 minutes longer. The rep for company was very knowledgeable and once he determined what needed to be done, he completed the job fast. I just wish they would have let me know they were running behind -or- refunded some of the call fee for being late."

"Paid exactly what was quoted over the phone, and was happy to do so. Steve was hired to help me get into my garage after I locked myself out. It only took him a few minutes to get in, and despite the last minute notice I provided him, he took the time to also service my garage while he was here. "Spring on my garage door broke in the shut position - no moving the door (not even a little and after disengaging the garage door opener). The company I had been using for years was "not available". Oddly enough, they gave me Sonny & Sons as a referral. I contacted Sonny and he was at my house in 30 minutes and had the springs replaced in under 30 minutes. Sonny is very knowledgeable, courteous, professionally friendly and ethical. Highly recommend and will use his company in the future. Thank you Sonny - GREAT JOB!"
