"Very well. We had a number of projects that we needed done, both interior and exterior. Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting. He also installed exterior floodlights on existing electrical boxes, rebuilt and reinstalled a storm-damaged wood shutter and worked on several interior doors that were not working satisfactorily. Joe works steadily and efficiently getting more done each day than I would have ever thought possible. He cleaned up all areas that he worked in and removed all debris from the premises. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe for “handyman” jobs. He seems willing to tackle most anything but told me up front that he doesn’t do plumbing."

"My home was power washed.  Areas around a window frame were replaced, painted and sealed.  It took a couple of trips to finish checking and sealing around all the windows and doors due to weather interruptions, but their guy called me to keep me posted on when they would be back to finish the job. During the sale of the home an inspector noted some other fine lines of crack in the stucco, indicated it was not a big concern, but I called Killian and they cheerfully came back out and addressed that issue.  I rated them well on this job because I think it is very important to have that kind of post-sale follow up which I experienced with them.  They do quality work and come back, if needed."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"We had used Mr Wolf for an interior paint job and were very pleased with the quality of the work, attention to detail, and his professionalism.  He was the first person we thought off when we realized we needed the exterior of our two-story home repainted.
This exterior job including filling in of stucco cracks, and we wanted to ensure the patching would not be visible after the job was done.  We had many hairline cracks and at least one area at the front that was much worse.  We opted for the middle of three paint quality options which meant the paint would last a reasonable number of years.  The quote was higher than a competitor but we trusted the quality we would get from Mr. Wolf and his team.
Pressure washing went well, and made a big difference as we had never had this done before (4 year old house).  The patching was done next, and then the final paint job with multiple coats, all within a few short days.
We did a walk-through with Mr. Wolf and his team on the last day, and they followed me around so they could fix any touch-ups (I only found one dab of paint that was needed).  His team is respectful and professional.
All in all, we are extremely pleased with the results.  The repaired stucco cracks are invisible and the paint job is neat and thorough.  While I am no paint expert, it is readily apparent that Mr. Wolf knows his craft and cares about doing the best job possible with the best materials.  You need only see his very detailed and thorough written quotes to realize this.
We highly recommend this company for interior and exterior painting.  We are already scheduling them to do more interior work for us soon!

"The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted done to our property was completed in a timely manner, and exceeded our expectations with the quality of the job! I will hire them anytime we need any more site work and will recommend them to anyone I know needing a site work company."

"It was a very good experience and we did like them.  I wasn't home, but my husband was happy.  When my husband is happy, everybody is happy.  Everything went well.  They came out when we weren't expecting them to come out.  They did a thorough job.  They took time to explain things to us and did different things that needed to do.  They were upfront about it.  We were very happy.  We paid more than the big deal because they had to scrub the carpet manually with the hands.  They did more than was expected."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Bryceville, FL

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
