"George and his crew just completed laying new underlayment on our clay tile roof. They did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him for any job! We have a 26 yr old, 2300 sq ft home, which had the original underlayment. After a leak, we contacted 3 contractors for estimates. George responded immediately and came out the next day. Our initial impression was he is honest and we weren't wrong. He didn't add all the unnecessary fluff the other guys wanted to add for a higher profit and came in at thousands below the other 2 bids. After we hired him he came back out to tarp the leak before it rained and until he could get the work done. I believe it was within 2 weeks from the initial contact until he got his crew out here. They were professional, thorough, clean, and fast. It took 2 days to complete our roof. There were no hidden fees and needing to fix or replace anything that didn't need fixing or replaced to increase profit. George's communication throughout the project was excellent. He provided updates, professional advice, and recommended a contractor to repair the drywall damage. We were extremely happy with the drywall repair and cost. We couldn't have repaired the drywall ourselves for much cheaper. We added George to our emergency contact list as our go-to repair man for not just emergencies, but also future projects. "I have hired Vasile (Wes) Creta six times in the last few years to do various work around my place - replacing termite-damaged wood, repairing a door frame (on short notice), running a new electrical line to a new porch security light, fixing a dead electrical circuit in my house, doing floors and paint, and most recently (8/2022) building a shed foundation and assembling a shed kit. My new shed has a great floor and looks great; much better than I would have done and saved me a lot of time and frustration. I would particularly call out Wes's carpenters (especially Daniel) and electricians for being really good I would highly recommend them. Wes's electrician fixed a dead circuit in about 15 minutes after a home warranty electrician hadn't been able to figure it out. All of the jobs except the floors and paint were 5-start. The floors and paint ended up going badly but Wes worked with me to get things put as right as possible, which is why I keep calling him and am providing a 5-star review. On other jobs, if I found some detail after everything was done (the normal stuff that happens a lot on home projects), he sent his guy back quickly to knock it out. I work in a different engineering/construction industry so I like to think I have a reasonable expectation of contracting prices, plus have had second opinions a couple of times, and I believe that Wes's prices have been fair."

"I am purchasing a short sale home, and as seems to be the case, it has taken a considerable amount of time to get all the approvals.  I am applying for a USDA loan which requires a 45 day closing window and once the approvals were received, I was surprised by a 30 day window to close so getting the inspections and appraisal done quickly and accurately was paramount.

My realtor recommended National Property Inspections out of Maricopa.  Our Inspector, Jeff Arrellano agreed to do the inspection with very short notice.  He requested that the power and water be turned the day prior to the inspection to allow any leaks or problems to surface before he began.

We met with Jeff as agreed at the property the morning of May 1st.  When we arrived, Jeff had already completed the inspection, loaded the photographs he had taken into his laptop and was ready to go with the slideshow to point out the issues he had found.  Jeff took the time to explain every issue from small to not so small and provided us with information as to what the consequences would be if they were not addressed.  He prioritized the issues that needed to be addressed, and had the inspection report and photographs to my realtor by mid-afternoon.

What I appreciated most about Jeff, is that he was not rushed, he took his time to explain the issues I didn't fully understand and gave us an opportunity to look at the problems first hand before leaving.  He obviously went to some length to get some of the photographs he did, especially in the crawl spaces looking for leaking water pipes and to ensure code compliance with electrical wiring, insulation and plumbing.

Jeff also offered to conduct a thermal imaging reading (a little extra) to determine if there were any weather stripping or insulation problems.  Jeff measured heat signatures of all the windows and doors as well as the output of the air-conditioner and heater.  Small problems were found that likely will be resolved by a little cleaning around the window rails.

I would absolutely call National Property Inspections again, and would ask for Jeff by name."

"We chose Clark Concepts for the extensive remodeling (outlined below) on our home which we are currently renting, unfortunately our financing  for purchasing the home fell through at the last minute so we were forced to postpone all work for one year in which case we will not use anyone but Clark Concepts.  From the very beginning we received nothing but the utmost respect and professionalism - all of our calls were returned the same day or early the next morning at the latest, all questions were answered in an upfront and honest manner, and during the estimate process Joe was able to show us where to scale back our ideas
and where we could further others but not for much more cost (example saving items from the kitchen and flooring to be re-used in the laundry room and kitchenette), where others would have simply gone the route of just doing everything at the highest price.  Nothing was ever pushed on us, he always asked questions to make sure he understood our vision for our home correctly and made sure we understood the processes etc. and was very honest about things which may not have been a good idea.  Ultimately we settled on the following improvements:
New siding
New (expanded) deck
Railing added to the front porch
Finish the basement including:
     replacing the furnace,
     running central air,
     updating the electrical box
     adding a kitchenette
     adding a laundry room,
     adding an office
     closing in furnace room
New flooring through the entire house
Gutting and re-doing/slightly expanding the kitchen
Gutting both full bathrooms and expanding the master bath
Replacing the garage doors
While in our home we were always treated with the utmost respect, I am expecting and I have a small child in the home and he understood my urgency in getting the repairs taken care of so my home is safe for my children and having everything undertaken in a manner which will be safe in and of itself.  By the end of the process, while heartbroken that we were forced to delay improvements for a year I still have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Clark Concepts is the company which we will be
using.  Through this entire process Joe has gone above and beyond in every manner possible - even though he hadn't started work yet when we had an emergency with the furnace and I was having trouble finding someone to come out and fix it in the middle of the night Joe was ready with one of his people to have it fixed once he got my message.  From my experience a company of this integrity is a rare find in this day and age, I can honestly say that there is no one I would feel more comfortable with working on and in my home, and I am happy to give the highest recommendation and reference - I do not give out such high praise for everyone.  I hope this helps anyone who needed to know anything about this company."

"Paul arrived on schedule and took out some of the bedroom carpet in between the hall and the master bath. It is a heavy traffic area and always looked dirty. He installed the matching tiles to perfection. It looks like it was always that way. It was a small job just 20 tiles but it makes a big difference. It looks so nice and clean now."
