"Wonderful! Look no more: You have found a triple licensed (general, electrical and plumbing) builder who keeps on budget, has great aesthetic taste, is creative and keeps to his schedule AND he sends in a professional cleaning crew at the end of the job! What contractor does THAT? We have already hired him for two more jobs, one at our 2nd home in Sedona and for a remodel of a condo our son just bought. In between our neighbors hired Vicente for a bathroom remodel at our recommendation. They have already told me they are thrilled with hiswork. Book LEAN Construction as soon as you finish reading this...this 3 year old firm will be booked up very soon. You have found your contractor!"

"Kevin is an outstanding professional and we could not be more pleased with his work. The entire project was completed on time and on budget. Most importantly, as this is a vacation home, the entire project was completed without us being there to oversee the project, and I can honestly say that the work exceeded all of our expectations. Kevin kept us informed with pictures and regular text updates almost daily. In addition to the beautiful bathrooms, he incorporated a wine barrel into the cabinetry in the bar which was a last minute addition. Simply put, if your looking for a honest, hardworking, and quality-minded professional, hire Kevin from Rare Arts Construction. We plan on using Kevin for all of our future projects."

"ARAD was great to deal with. Marius modified upper cabinet so new microwave would fit perfectly. Figured a way for me to use existing doors. No new doors needed! Knows what he's doing. Friendly, always responds to texts, brings all woodworking tools (trailer full) to do the job right. Saved me money :)"

"We had electricians run wiring for four ceiling fans, but found later that one didn't work properly; one had to have the light fixture removed; I had bought the wrong length extension for another, and we decided to move one to another room. Guy took me to Home Depot to exchange the defective fan, and buy new extensions. He then re-installed the fans in question, and made all the necessary changes. He then took down the old light fixtures and installed the new ones for us. (They are beautiful!) When we decided to paint, he brought a helper to move a large bookcase/entertainment center, and made sure that nothing was set on my dining room table, which tends to be susceptible to marring and scratching. Guy is a careful worker; always checking to make certain he's providing what I needed and doesn't hesitate to tell me if a job is not within his range of skills. The door we needed rehung had a stripped screw, which he replaced. Guy is friendly and considerate; when I needed to reschedule because of chronic health problems, he was always accommodating."

"<p>We highly recommend MTS painting if you're in the market for some professional interior painting.  We're fixing up a second home to sell and, since we're both semi-retired, thought that we could easily do all the interior painting by ourselves.  Wrong!  For starters, the house is 3000+ sq ft and, once we started, realized that absolutely everything except some ceilings needed to be painted.  In other words, not just walls, but inside closets, all baseboards, door jambs and both sides of all doors.  We persevered for weeks until only six doors, two upstairs bathrooms and three 20' walls remained.  By this point, my semi-retired husband decided to go back to work full time.  That's when I went looking for a professional.  I'm still waiting for two out of the three painting companies I phoned to call me back!  MTS saved the day by coming the same day for the estimate on the bathrooms and the three high walls and scheduling for the following day.  In the time it took me to finish two closet doors, the  two painters had finished their job!  And they cut in (i.e. no tape) perfectly!  Plus, they were courteous, clean, and very reasonably priced.  They really saved me.  I don't think you will be disappointed if you hire MTS for any painting job you may have.</p>"

"I am very glad I called Sal's Handyman Services.  He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. My husband and I were very pleased with the high quality of his work. His price was very reasonable and he was trustworthy in that he completed all tasks that he promised he would. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Buckeye, AZ

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
