"Everyone at Honest Appliance Service & Repair is outstanding! It's family owned and operated, which means they have great customer service and they guarantee their work. I called because my dryer stopped working and Anthony, the owner, was very knowledgeable about my situation and was happy to speak to me at length sharing his wisdom and experience. Before booking the appointment, I asked him (not holding him to any firm quote of course) about how much people usually spend to fix their dryer. He quoted me a price that was above average for what others paid, according to HomeAdvisor, but I figured out the reason why. Anthony wasn't just quoting me a cheap price to get my service. He was honest about the fact that when he ran his diagnostic test, it was common for more than one part to need replacing. He also shared that a lot of people decide they want to replace a part that may not be necessary broken at that moment but that would need to be replaced down the road. Instead of having to call for service again, they choose to replace the part at that time. It was clear that Anthony is really about serving his customers well, and treats each person as if they were a member of his own family. I was also able to speak to Jeremy, Anthony's son, who is a service tech. Jeremy was happy to speak to me at length about my dryer also, and had the same spirit of excellent customer service. Linda, in the office, was also great. "So I got a new microwave and new stove that could not be installed by Sears outlet delivery so I had to hire someone. I did some research a while back on this company and I had it on my corkboard. I looking the company up again to see if they were still around based on the ratings that people gave. I called and left a message and Michael called me back. We were able to set a Saturday appt and the work was done as agreed. Old microwave removed and new installed working great. New stove balanced and power cable put on working great."

"I have a contract. I pay for that when I have something fixed. I did find someone that was cheaper but that was after the fact. They came out right away. He was a little late maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I may shop around for a lower price. I would recommend them but I would shop around."

"Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The next day as promised I received a call from the service tech, who was also courteous and knowledgable, telling me he was on his way and wanted to confirm our address. The repair was made and I was given the bill which included which I gladly paid. The entire experience was very professional, a rare find, and I highly recommend this company and the service they provide.
