"Working with Jim and everyone at Regal Bath and Kitchen was a pleasure. He responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, by coming to my home and then meeting me at their showroom to work out specifics. The price was very fair--right in the middle of estimates I had received from a very high-end local firm that was always trying to upsell, and a very low-end "mobile" remodeler. I had quartz countertops, tile backsplash, sinks and faucets, dishwasher and microwave installed, lighting, new shower tub and shower (including knocking out half a wall to create a "pony wall" to let more light into the shower) redone in porcelain tilew with glass doors, remodel of the kitchen ceiling that originally had horrible recessed fluorescent lights and now has a very nice coffered ceiling, installation of lighted ceiling fans, and many other nice details. When we received the tile I'd chosen for the kitchen backsplash I decided it was just the wrong look. They worked with me to select a new tile that very day and then returned the original tile and replaced it with my new choice--the whole thing only slowed things down by one day and I LOVE the new glass tile I chose. I work at home so I literally met every workman and was able to oversee all parts of the job and I was impressed by the care everyone took. They were versatile and capable and spent time answering all my questions. I did not have an urgent deadline for the remodel and was flexible about their timing but Jim kept the work moving along and always kept me informed on what to expect. When needed he accommodated my schedule as well such as moving up the countertop installation, and keeping his crew working elsewhere on days when I had lengthy phone meetings and could not have construction noise. These changes have updated and given a whole new look to my home and I could not be happier with the process and result."

"Victor Murillo is the owner of the company.  He promptly came to provide an estimate which I found reasonable.  He indicated unexpected problems could arise as the project commenced and would have to be priced out separately.  This made me a little nervous but I decided to see how things went. 
Victor's team came out and drained the pool on day one.  Day two they chipped out all the old tile.  When they started on the spa, a problem was discovered where rebar that eroded through the concrete/tile and required repair.  I inspected the problem and  observed where the mineral deposits from the chemical reaction, had accumulated and there clearly was no question it had to be repaired.  On day three they placed the new tile and day four grouted and sealed the tiling.
When I examined the pool, I noted two scratches in the pebble coating that appeared to be worker damage.  I immediately brought it to Victor's attention.  He discussed the matter with his crew and they confirmed they accidentally caused the damage.  Victor had the area repaired at no charge.  The pool was then completely refilled and it looked beautiful.
Two weeks later, the team came back and cleaned our cool decking on day one and then on day two rolled out a beautiful new coating that is beautiful.  In total, I was highly pleased with the efficient, clean work and the honesty of the the company.  I would use Mercury Pool Plastering again and happily recommend them to others.
