Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Buckingham, PA

"We signed the contract for them in July but due to the pandemic, the supplies were backordered from the manufacturer. Jesse and Greg would keep us informed of the delays as we all waited for them to come in. Finally in late October the work could begin. Our job was a little challenging because our deck was one big deck between us and our neighbor next door and we wanted separate decks. Omar and Melvin came and carefully removed the old wood deck keeping as much of it intact for the dumpster and for possibility of reclaiming the wood. They separated the decks so our neighbor can replace his whenever he decides to. There was 2 days of rain delays but they made up for it working on the weekend, even in light rain to finish. They always cleaned up the backyard daily and made sure their tools were stored neatly either in our basement or garage. They were the best in their craftsmanship and efficiency for their work. The whole job took 4.5 days (2.5 days of rain delays) and it looks beautiful. Well worth the wait. Another set of neighbors complemented Omar and Melvin on their work as they were working. Now our deck looks like it was always two separate decks and we cannot wait go sit outside next year to enjoy."

"This was not new construction to correct an initial deck design flaw.. and it was not a simple job. Some contractors would have tried to over-complicate the nature of the work to inflate their fees.Scott was honest and straightforward. Scott was: On time. On budget. With excellent craftsmanship. Pleasant to work with. I give Scott Monath the highest possible rating is all areas. I have no doubts of Scott's ability to any type of construction: Decks, Carpentry,(rough or finish), remodels(interior or exterior), baths, kitchens etc. I would hire Scott again. Best contractor I ever had do work for me."

"Chris was very professional in providing both a competitive estimate and realistic timeline for starting and completing the work. He is a very skilled craftsmen/carpenter and takes extreme pride in his work. He is highly in demand and therefore patience is required to accommodate schedule lead-times. Well worth the wait since the composite deck/railing replacement is of very high quality and we are very pleased with the end result."

"Well done! He was able to come out same day and take a look at my lawn and start maintenance right away, I would absolutely recommend!"

"Dave and Justin were unbelievable in every way. Their bid was very reasonable, but we would have hired them anyway. They impressed us with their knowledge and the fact that they are the guys who actually do the work. The deck was completed in record time, every detail was right on, and the results are beautiful. We are more than happy to give Ryden the highest recommendation."

"We are absolutely thrilled with the deck NLH LLC built at our home. Bryan and team completely transformed the back of our home and we could not be happier! After we moved in we were struggling with the design of our back patio and how to maximize the space. Bryan quickly responded to our initial inquiry and put together a beautiful deck design with two staircases. The team took their time and they were meticulous with the quality of their work. Bryan kept us up-to-date throughout the project and helped us make informed decisions and choices. In addition to the new deck, the team drilled out old concrete and put down brand new sod. We ended up with a beautiful large deck and nearly doubled the size of our backyard! We couldnâ t be happier and would absolutely recommend NLH LLC!"

"This is the best company in all aspects. We hired them to rebuild our deck and we couldnâ t be happier. From start to finish, these guys are pros. They are very easy to talk to and we couldnâ t be happier. I will Recommend them to everyone I know."

"Phase 4 Contracting did a professional job on the new porch roof and replacing the porch ceiling. They were quick to address any problems or concerns that I had. Thus far, there are no problems with the quality of the job after several rainy days."

"I was completely amazed at the work done by On-Call. We just purchased a 130+ yr. old house that requires all kinds of work. Nothing is a readily available standard size but they have always been able to come through and solve the problem. Just amazing !"

"Max and his team were great to work with. He provided a quote quickly and it turned out to be the most reasonable and precise. Tasks are outlined and any adjustments one way or another, the quote is modified. The two skilled employees were here on time every day (including Saturdays) and they worked a full day. They are clean, organized and polite…..great guys to work with. Their workmanship was excellent as the new bathroom looks fantastic. I would definitely hire them again for any other project."
