"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.  <br /> A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program. <br /> Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again. <br />"

Expect that if your duct work is more congested than originally noted, it will take longer to get the job done. However, Keith does stay until it is complete. Keep a copy of your sales agreement in a place you won't forget - you may need to refer back to it at a later date. If you do purchase the disinfectant part of the service for your ducts, keep close track of the dates (i.e., every three months for example) in order to contact A-1 to set up your appointment for them to come back and perform this service. They will not contact you and remind you. <br /> <br /> We did call to have our units disinfected several months later (around August), however only the upstairs unit was sprayed due to my misplacing the sales agreement and A-1 thinking we only paid for one. On Jan. 1, 2013 found the sales agreement showing that both units were to be disinfected and providing the agreement to A-1. <br /> <br /> We strongly recommend keeping the sales agreement close at hand and marking on the calendar every three months to contact A-1 to make an appointment for the disinfectant. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
