"You mean there are other deck companies around??? If you are looking for a plain square deck or sunroom, do not call American Deck & Sunroom! Jim Topolski has one of the most creative minds we’ve ever experienced! We first used Jim when a storm took out our a portion of our deck. What a blessing! Our “ho hum” deck became a show stopper. Next we screened in a porch with Jim. Last year we added on to that screen room and basically told him to “do whatever he wanted”, within budget of course! It is amazing! He did things we never even imagined! This year he took out our old 30 year deck and replaced it with TREX. Need I say more?"

"My deck was built within two weeks of my estimate. The work was quality and I love my new deck!"

"I hired this company to handle remodeling work at both my home and my woodworking shop, and I could not be happier with the results. From the beginning of the project to the final finishing touches, their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. They helped design and complete my showroom, kitchen, and man cave, and one of the things that impressed me most was their ability to maximize every inch of available space. They didn?t simply do what was asked?they brought ideas, experience, and practical solutions that made the finished spaces even better than I had originally envisioned. The quality of the finish is absolutely amazing. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about getting the details right. They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of remodeling and construction, and whenever there was a decision to make, they clearly explained the options and helped me understand what would work best. "Was told to have mirror cut down but if they had measured the counter top I w not have to. Cost $25 and mirror looks terrible where placed."

"Carlos did an excellent job with our basement bathroom. Our bathroom looks better than I could have imagined. Our house was built in 1950, and the basement was completely unfinished. Now itâ s beautiful and functional. Carlos answered all the questions I had, and explained what he was doing during the whole renovation. We will definitely be hiring for future projects. Carlos was very professional, kind and courteous, and I highly recommend him to anyone doing home improvements."
