"Josh from 716 Garage Door showed up right on time. I was somewhat surprised that he was alone, but any doubts I may have had soon vanished. He had my old overhead door dismantled and removed in 20 minutes! Josh was personable, professional and answered all of my questions. The install was top-shelf all the way, and to say that I am pleased would be an understatement. Josh had the job completed well within the time he said it would take, and even hauled away all old parts and the associated refuse. "This company was absolutely trash they came to house to fix garage door they were unable to bc it’s not what they sell so had to buy new one so I did and he put screws right thru the garage in front cracked sitting 2 big holes then goes oh well looks good from my house.. This is unacceptable and wrong this company should be ashamed to hire someone like that.. try and talk to the boss and guess what no one knows who it is no one will call you back. Pathetic"

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! You will be sorry. Mike was the worst person I could have hired to do my GC for my new build. In the beginning he was great. Really enjoyed meeting with him and talking about my project. He was your typical sales man, all talk and very lil if any actions. I would catch him multiple times lying to me and making up reasons why things were not getting done. He will over charge you way more than actual costs. He know the business and even better knows how to manipulate people into thinking he will over see the project. I hired him because I was assured he would be there everyday and make sure everything was done correctly. He never showed up and would never get back to you when there was a problem . Worst mistake I ever made contacting him. I would never recommend him to anyone. Your local paper boy would do a better job being your GC. I could write a book on the amount of problems I had with him."

"I have waited to write a review for this company as I was hopeful they would correct the problem they left me with. I hired this company last spring to replace the drain tile system in my basement and reroute the sump pump drainage from the backyard which was causing a build up of water to the front of the house where they installed a bubbler system that was to drain the water into the city storm sewer. I am left with a swamp in my front yard and at the street. So all in all they moved a pile of water from the backyard to the front yard leaving me with yet another problem. This company has been contacted several times. Sometimes they respond and others we are just ignored. The owner last came out and said there was an obvious problem and they would be out to address it and followed up with a never mind there is nothing we came do as your street doesn’t have storm sewer drainage. Not sure why they would do a job that wasn’t able to be completed correctly and now I’m stuck with this water build up. The city is looking into the issue so I am hopeful they can direct me on what do next as this company doesn’t seem to care after receiving my 7,500 dollars. We have had other issues over the last year that we ended up correcting ourselves as they never followed through. I am very disappointed in this company and would highly recommend using someone else."
