"The gentleman was very prompt and professional. He knew what was wrong after looking at the garage door for just a few minutes. He offered a few reasonable options and was able to complete the work within an hour. The only critique that I have is the way he attached the wiring from the opener to the wall unit. He didn't use the existing wires so, now we have a wire stapled to our garage ceiling. Not that big of a deal but would have preferred it to be hidden. Other than that, he was great."

"I damaged my garage door frame and vinyl siding when I forgot to put my car into park and it rolled into the house. I am not handy and had no clue how to fix it, but Mateo made the whole experience quick and painless. Super-nice guy-- honest and pleasant to work with. "I purchased a roof maintenance package because I had water coming in (when it rained hard) where a range vent was installed in the ceiling. Ron emailed me immediately and came out within a week.
