Due to the 4 layers, they took there time to explain and show me there might be some additional cost.  They showed me the layers and took pictures all through the job and e-mailed them to me so that I understood everything that was going on.  Very fair in the process.

After dealing with snow melting it caused water to flow down the side of my house, which the siding is only 6 months old.  This caused a flood in my back hallway.  Due to the cold weather the water froze with ice over the storm door, which is only 6 months old, and on inside wooden door (possibly being damaged) , this prevented me from opening the back door (which the ice itself is a safety hazard).  They came out and did a patch job.  Two weeks later it happened all over again.  Instead of coming back out, they sent me a text saying that they couldn?t do anything until spring. I had another company come to fix the problem.  He stated that  the downspouts were not connected, and there was a pipe that was was broken, and looked like there was a patch job that didn?t hold."
