"I needed to update the toilet in the basement. Andrew installed a new toilet and took the old toilet away. Andrew did a good job and made sure all was clean but my only problem is that he is very pricey. The price quoted was not the price I ended up paying. I know unforeseen things can pop up but my install was pretty straight forward. Andrew is a very nice young man but because of pricing I could never use him again."

Said that I would have to make another appt. “Bullied” me into getting a $800.00 garbage disposal two months prior to avoid pipes clogging, two months later, same clogging !!! Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

They were very responsive, came on time, worked all day in the rain, and dealt with unexpected complications super competently (basically sewage was flowing in the wrong direction from the town towards our property, and they had to coordinate with the town and approach it with more complicated technical approaches). Everything still got done that day, and gave us a very good price! One of the smoothest and most professional contractors I’ve dealt with! Could have been a nightmare scenario in the wrong hands."

"Cellino did an excellent job. After calling five plumbers to fix a shower head spewing hot water and none of them could come for 4-5 days. I got hold of Cellino who came in a few hours and corrected the problem. The tech was very knowledgeable and had the job done in no time. Excellent job and of course 5 stars. Had I waited I probably would have had a lot of damage to my bathroom. "

"Hired him to install new sewer main, he was to connect to the city main! Had a back up he came to my home right away, cleared the line i mentioned i would call the town the next day to look at the sewer line see if it was on their end, he said to call him when we knew what they find ... ghosted me for 9 days in my time of need . I left several messages and nothing ! Im disgusted i had to hire another company to correct the issue 5000 dollars later , oh and some of the back up went into my kitchen .... WORST BUSINESS OWNER EVER . come to find out hes not licensed in Amherst anymore ... Do not use him"
