Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing.
