"Horrible customer service and timing with this whole project of installing our water softener. Tech were always late by like 1-3 hours. We are on our 2nd Friday in a row and the work is still not done. The first Friday they showed up unannounced and the lady Dominique argued with me over the phone about her scheduling them. She was unprofessional and rude. The excuses they have for being late were Covid, warehouse was locked or a tech was not on time. Mind you we have to stay home all day and get nothing done because they need access to the house inside. The manager will not call me back. We have paid in advance and it?s been a mess. Work is still not done. Dominique still argues with us about excuses on why things are delayed. I could recommend this company to anyone. The techs that are here even said the office in San Antonio always get them in a bind with the homeowners and they have to take the raft of it all. Fix your customer service and stop calling customers the morning of to tell us there is a 3 hour delay and your techs show up 4 hours late and the work carries into another week."

"James and Jaime arrived at my residence with a professional and friendly demeanor. Their first impressions was consistent from start to finish. Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. I would use Aaron and Hager Plumbing (new business name soon to be "Eager Plumbing") for future plumbing needs."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "The drain pipe on the side of my dishwasher had a slow leak and water damaged the existing kitchen island cabinet. I called Jeff to see if he could do the work and he came to my home and said he could, and gave me a fair estimate. All the plumbing, electrical and granite counter-top had to be removed, then the old island cabinet removed and replaced. My builder had not done a clean job on the plumbing or electrical and Jeff's team cleaned it all up and even moved some switches around to more sensible locations. Previously, the garbage disposer and overhead light switches were inconveniently located inside the island. Now, I have an air switch in the granite and the light switch was moved to the side of the island making both switches much more accessible and easy to use. There was some custom cabinet work that needed to be done as well as staining. It all came out excellent. The kitchen island is the focal point between the kitchen and family area and you would not know that it was replaced, although, the work Jeff's team did was superior to my home builder. I am an "attention-to-detail" oriented person, and I can tell you that every detail was addressed by Jeff's team. We are very satisfied with the results."
