"Contacted Dowdy Allinone, within a short time they setup an appointment to stop by, and see what I was looking for. William is a very friendly and easy to work with guy. He came by and told me to pick out the door purchase it, and he would be back for the receipt at a setup time to pick up the door. Dowdy showed up on time they received the door and delivered it in good condition. He was very fair, and even let me go with him to the store to purchase materials which isn't something you find very often. Dowdy showed me some falls in the area we were changing the door out in. He showed me the floor was rotted as well as some other areas around where the door was being installed. He however told me everything is fixable he gave me a price to fix the floor, and some other areas around where it had rotted. As everyone knows prices can also start to increase when the project begins. Dowdy however never let me down I got a little nervous when he started pulling off siding pieces, however Dowdy is experienced in siding, and he made it look easy and replaced all the pieces with no issue. Dowdy has no issues watching him work I was only there in case any issues arose he could address them to me. I originally hired him to just install a door, but I always know things don't go as expected. At the end of the day I ended up with: New sliding door, New Trim inside and outside, new entry way flooring, new sub-floor in entry way, new door woodwork, and new trim around entry way flooring. The original price was very fair, and almost shocking to see how competitive Dowdy was that even after all the other modifications, I still expected to pay way more. I would Highly-Recommend Mr Dowdy and his crew to future clients, co-workers, family, and friends. Thank you Mr Dowdy and your crew!"

"This was fast! The crew was there on time and got right to work. They were done with everything in less than a day! We were amazed. Scott made a note that we had pets and to run the magnet an extra time, to make sure nails and staples were completely picked up. He also covered the ground with tarps and also set up plywood by the doors and bay window to keep everything protected and easy to clean up. Superb!"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Over the past 10 years Wallace Construction Group has completed three remodeling projects for us: a two-story addition in 2007, a bathroom remodel in 2016 and a major kitchen remodel earlier this year. Marc Wallace personally supervised our two-story addition and the kitchen. The reason we have used Wallace for the three projects is that their work is very high quality, but at a competive prive. Everything is done very professionally, with everything in writing to minimize surprises. His project manager, erected a plastic barrier to protect the rest of the house from dust created by the kitchen demolition. It worked great! We are completely satisfied with Wallace's work, thanks in no small part to Marc Wallace. I would highly recommend that anyone who is considering a remodeling project to at least get an estimate from Wallace Construction Group. We love our two-story addition, bath and kitchen."

"I went to Angie's List online and contacted a couple of people who had high ratings to give me a quote via phone for the specific fencing I was needing. Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. Professional, reasonably priced and perfectionists definitely sticking to their slogan of and quot;DONE RIGHT, DONE ONE TIME!and quot;! Thank you for making this project happen so successfully in such a short time and doing such a wonderful job. I appreciate your work ethic!
