"Richard managed home repair project; including new roof, new decks, new HVAC system, and interior clean-up, miscellaneous repairs and painting. He was very easy to work with and helped me get my house ready for me to move into. Would recommend."

"This was a very complicated job which entailed removing an interior block wall, ripping out cabinets, flooring, backsplash, windows, appliances and sink. Everything was difficult to do and the contractor knew exactly what had to be done to accomplish all of this. The renovation was beautifully done. We chose the tile floor, the backsplash, sink, and appliances. In doing the floor, the existing level had to be raised and a step was in- stalled to enter the enclosed Florida room. The tile setters were excellent in edging the transition of the step so as to make it noticable for safety. The workmanship, courteousness and friendliness of the crew make it bearable to be without a kitchen for period of time it took to complete the job. The one unpleasant part was our displeasure with the skill and especially the attitude of the painters sent by the painting contractor. We asked them to please leave, and Fontana wasted no time in replacing them, and the job was finished satisfactorily. Everyone that has seen this renovation thinks it is spectacular. We love everything about the job and send photos to everyone bragging."

"He did a beautiful job, I paid for the materials, and he did a good job with the repairs. Major repairs was done on the boards that was done in 2011, and some was not installed properly, he came back to fix the boards up he was able to re-fixed the boards properly. He was able to provide additional works for me, thoughtful and considered my needs. One concern I had with the work was that things were not plumb and squared."

"Recommended, this Company is definitely out of league, other thing, I didn’t expect such a level of professionalism and attention, these days people is just about the money and for business only, this Contractor really care about your project, just good things to say about them."

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

"I had experienced some water damage in my living room earlier this year. I contacted Jerry through Angie's List and he responded in less then an hour. A few days later he came to my house and gave me an estimate for the repairs I needed. The estimate was right in the middle of what I expected it to be. I agreed to go forward and two days later Jerry was at my house promptly and fixed my wall in one day.
Not only did I have to have drywall and molding replaced but my walls are textured with plaster. Jerry told me that the texture would not be a problem and that he could match it exactly. He wasn't kidding. You can't tell the difference between the original and the repair.  No other contractor said they could do this! Jerry was extremely professional throughout and his work was of the utmost quality.
At the end of the day, I had my wall fixed and it looks great, we settled on the agreed upon price and I got my living room back. I will eventually need to make some other repairs in my house and I will be going to Jerry first. Thank you again!

"Jerry and Jon did a great job! Our home is from 1957 and they were able to cover up all its blemishes, give it a good coat of paint and make it look new again. We highly recommend Jerry. Not only does he do a good job, but he also provides advice on the project; whereas, some contractors would just plow ahead and possibly make a costly mistake."
