Fans - Bath Exhaust and Ceiling, Outlets, Swtiches, Fixtures, Lighting, Panel and Service Upgrades - Residential and Commercial , and 1 more
"Daniel and his colleague did a great job! Initially, they installed lighting fixtures, but then I decided to install recessed lighting instead. Before he returned to do another job, we discussed the kinds of fixtures and placement. His follow up and communication was great throughout. He completed the job and I was extremely satisfied with how it turned out. Am thinking of other jobs he can do! UPDATE 4/10/2019: This is the third time that I have hired Daniel. He is always the consummate professional. Very easy to work with. Will deliver exactly as promised and does excellent work. In addition to installing 6 recessed lights, he moved and installed a fan and replaced another fan in a different room."

Electrical Services
"My house project was a trouble shooting on many outlets and lights that were not working, upgrading the electrical panel, rewiring and replacing ceiling fans, installing lights in new patio. At my business (Auto dealership). Replacing old lights, upgrading electrical panel, adding new light fixtures in lot, troubleshooting and repairing some faulty outlets and switches at the office. Francis does a very accurate and precise quality work. He keeps the jobsite clean that barely anybody notices he is working or repairing and installing fixtures. Needless to say he has a great personality toward his clients."

"John, the owner, not only knows his trade based on many years of experience but is also highly organized, detail oriented and clearly passionate about doing the best work he can deliver. We needed entirely updated lighting for a large subterranean garage using motion detectors to turn on the lights when needed. John specified the latest LED lighting fixtures, quoted us fair pricing for the materials and his labor, then did everything right the first time and as scheduled. We will use his company again as we continue to upgrade our apartment property in Santa Monica."

For cost information related to the above tasks, visit our Electrical Cost Guide.
A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel itās time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, youāll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
4. How to Prepare & What to Know Before the Electrician ArrivesBurbank Electricians are rated 0.0 out of 5 based on 0 reviews of 0 pros.
