"I was skeptical of remodeling our kitchen because you hear so many horror stories about contractors taking too long, charging more than they say, flaking out, etc. My husband and I were in disbelief at how OPPOSITE Pristine is from that. Pristine Construction is exceptional. I don't think I have ever encountered a better company.... and I have very high standards! Nathan and Mike are not only true to their word, totally professional, and incredibly knowledgable, but they are 2 great guys who are fun to hang out with! They make you feel like you are their only client. Pristine Construction really does care about you as a person and they take a great deal of pride in providing the best service and best quality work. Also, the designer they had design our new kitchen was incredible. The layout of our finished kitchen is gorgeous. We are extremely happy with everything Pristine and their sub-contractors did. Our kitchen remodel was worth every penny. Their price was reasonable and similar to other construction companies around. Nathan and Mike and their crew helped us better our lives and we are eternally grateful. You will not find anyone better in Los Angeles!"

"We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

"Wanted to take a couple minutes out of the day to say thank you to SoCal Builders&Design particularly to our contractor, Ilan. He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. And of course thank you for following COVID protocols definitely a must with these times."

"The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. Ouriel is a great contractor, who is all about details and quality work. This is the second time I have worked with him. The first time he helped me remodel my kitchen,it came out beautifully. I recently had him put in new windows in my condo( 10 windows). He worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped me with all the questions. Even after the work was finished he called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Universal Home Design is definitely one of the best. sincerely,Daniel M. The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. "We recently had Platinum Home Builders to complete a master bathroom renovation in our house. We all are really happy with their excellent service and professionalism. We called several times to discuss about the plan, and each time we were surprised with their unique and trendy ideas regarding home renovation. They started working from day one with great care and precision. Now, we are using an amazing master bathroom ... thanks to them! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about a home renovation project."

"Jose was amazing from start to finish. He responded to my request right away and came out the same day for a free consultation. I honestly couldn’t believe the job was completed the very next morning before noon. He was punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest contractor who gets the job done quickly and the right way, Jose is your dream contractor. I highly recommend him!"

"This is my first time working with a contractor and didn’t know what to expect. Overall, I am happy with the work and the team became more like family. I wasn’t happy all the time, and it took longer than expected, but when I expressed it, Gino was quick to make the changes happen even being hands on some of the time. I don’t know what else are out there, since they are my first and only remodel team, but I’m thankful I choose this company to remodel my entire - now beautiful - home."

"I was extremely pleased with everything they did for me. I had work done on an apartment building in Burbank and I live in Idaho. Very detailed. Did everything they said they would do. I would definately hire them again. Supplied me with input daily and pictures. Quality of work was superb."
