"I absolutely love this company! Jose was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. I haven’t had any leaks or anything since. I highly recommend!"

"Hard work crew. Always on time. Tile work was excellent!"

"SPU GC & Roofing did an excellent job. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He explained the process in full detail. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. In addition to the replacing the roof he installed solatube (skylights). This helped lighten the house. His crew was very professional and meticulous. The roof looks great. My parents loved the work and they too hired SPU to replace their roof. We continue to recommend SPU to family and friends."

"Miguel's Roofing and Masonry were very easy to work with. They did a great job at our place, replacing a very long seamless gutter, sealing several glass blocks in the roof, and correcting some masonry work as well (that they brought up as a potential issue in the future). With heavy rains there was water leaking into the house and that is fixed now! Very happy overall with them and Sunny was great to work with."

"[Your Name] Spencer,Mitch and Francisco at M and M Roofing Company are an awesome team. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and satisfaction following the recent installation of my rooftop deck by your team. From our initial consultation, it was clear that your company values customer input and works diligently to meet budgetary constraints without compromising quality. You listened to my concerns with great attention, and your proactive approach to problem-solving truly made a difference during the project. I was particularly impressed by how efficiently the work was completed. The entire deck was built within a week, and it surpassed my expectations in both aesthetics and functionality. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident, and I absolutely love the final result. Thank you once again for your outstanding service and dedication. I would gladly recommend M and M Roofing Company to anyone in need of roofing or deck solutions. Warm regards, Nicole"

"We wanted a very specific kind of storm as we have dogs. Cheryl was very easy to work with. Bogie came out to measure and about 6 weeks later he installed our storm doors with precision. Took his time and made sure it was done right. They gave us the Angie's List discount as well as a cash discount, so don't be afraid to ask. Everyone was very kind and helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly."

"Worked with owner Mike several times in the past. Complete tear off of 2 layers of old shingles. Replaced 96" of damaged 1X6 sheathing boards and 50' of damaged 2X6 wood rafters and installed 11 roof vents. Installed new underlayment, shingles, flashing, etc. Had 6 guys working hard for 2 1/2 days. Did a great job."

"Carrington Roofing did my tear-off and replace roof 10 years ago. Although I have not been on the roof, I thought they did a great job, fast, efficient, and good price, so I wanted to consider them for this contract. :-)
I contacted three top-rated vendors from Angie's List.  One didn't respond at all, and two responded quickly.  I got a quote from Tristan Carrington and the one other vendor.
The other vendor's email estimate was very nicely put together, very polished, super quick.  Carrington's estimate took a couple days longer and was basic - plain text and delivered by email as well.
However the big difference, was that CARRINGTON WAS ABOUT HALF THE COST of the other estimate.  I compared the materials and work to be performed and found them roughly equal but for very different prices.
Communication was great - email and phone I got great customer service from Tristan every step along the way from quote to completion.  Any little question or problem was addressed easily.  He asked us to do walkarounds during and after so we knew what was going on.  The guys that did the job were very nice, worked around the changing weather, and did excellent clean up.
It's hard to know sometimes what to pay for these things, so all you can do is shop around and talk to other homeowners to come up with comparables for similar work.  Clearly I could have paid more but maybe I could have gotten it done for less?
But we are happy with the work done, and feel confident recommending Carrington Roofing.

"We were in need of a new roof system and reached out to a few roofing companies. J.B was very quick to come out (also Costello Roofing was the only company to come out as schedule) to provide us with an evaluation and estimate in the same day! Very professional, responsive also provided options to meet our budget. Needless to say we chose to go with Costello Roofing and have no regrets, the service and communication was great making it truly easy! We have recommended their services to our colleagues and friends."

"Tim replaced our fascia a couple of years ago, so I asked for another quote for full roof replacement and installing a bath vent in the roof. The quote was one of the lowest using a good quality shingle. I must of asked at the right time because we were able to schedule the roof replacment within the week. Tim was very patient as we went back and forth with shingle colors. The work went very smooth. Because of the pitch of the roof, it took a day longer than expected. The roof looks excellent. His team cleaned ok, there were some big pieces, but Tim helped clean the metal nails and staples on the final inspection. It was a very good experience."
