We immediately had issues with workmanship (gates not latching and fence had a significant lean to it at the back of our property). I messaged mark and he said he would stop out. He has spent years avoiding me and performing the warranty work, even though I have offered multiple times to compensate him for his time and materials even though the issues should have been covered under his “guarantee” with the original install. I would avoid this business."
