Customer service, honesty (or the lack thereof), installation quality, respect for my home (cigarette butts in our kitchen, front door left open after they left with nobody at the home), etc. I wrote a 5000 word essay and do not have the space for it here, but check Facebook or Google for my review. Do not allow yourself to be sold by this ethically questionable company. They rely heavily on marketing rather than quality work. We chose this company even though it was the most expensive option because we thought we could expect better if we paid more than if we had gone with a competitor.
