"I am extremely pleased with the service they provided in repairing my dryer. We called on a Wednesday and dropped the dryer off the next morning. We received a call with the issues found and the cost for repair. The dryer had at least 3 issues and the cost was reasonable. The diagnostic fee was waived when we decided to have it fixed. The most amazing thing was that it was ready for pickup on Friday. I highly recommend Bell's Appliance Service."

"Unfortunately not good. I had to put in a service call on three different occasions for the same appliance. Once in July, then again in August and in October. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Washing machine stopped working during rinse cycle. loud buzzing noise continued until machine was turned off. Called Appliance Alliance and said they'd send a repair man that day! (previous calls to other companies was a day or two wait). Received a quote over the phone $75-125, depending on problem. punctual arrival, turned on  machine and diagnosed problem immediately. It was a broken linkage to motor. repair took 20 minutes. serviceman was friendly and engaging. he explained how the parts work and showed me the broken plastic linkage. The part may have been fairly inexpensive, but I could never have fixed it myself. the guy was a pro. $75 later and I'm happy.  A+ job.
