"Ergeon was a pleasure to do business with. They came to access the falling down wooden fence, and we had a digital phone call a day later where I could see an aerial view of my yard. It measure the length of the fence being replaced, and confirmed my property boundaries. They were able to give me an accurate estimate. They contacted the city to flag where the utilities were buried. Today they showed up, tore down the old fence and constructed a new fence in less than a full day. I am impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their materials and workmanship of the fence. There was a deposit up front, which for my project was $150. I paid the full amount after the work was completed and passed my inspection. Their price was reasonable, and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend them."

Customers say: Quick response

""We hired Bad Lands Construction to install a brand new pipe fence, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish! Josh and Chelsea Smitherman were very professional during the estimate and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. The crew arrived on time, worked through the heat, and finished the project a day early. The top rail is perfectly welded and then painted to perfection, and they left the yard cleaner than they found it. I really liked the crew and would Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a buissnessyou can trust to do you right!!""

"If you’re looking for a company with great quality and great service, I highly recommend Cisco Fencing. Francisco helped me with my dream backyard. I got a beautiful 7ft fence (for the privacy), brand new concrete and patio. The quality of the work exceeded what I expected!! We wanted to extend our patio both in length and height so they broke it all down (concrete included) and built back up into something magnificent! We also asked to have a walkway added which they did with ease. They are very thorough and professional. Coming from someone who knows nothing about this kind of stuff, they made the process so smooth and easy. Francisco even helped set us up with an electrical company to get our fans and lights done on the patio! If you need any kind of rework done on your fence or patio, run to call them. I couldn’t ask for a better company."

"Ross did a great job on an iron fence, and two gates on the most recent project he's done for me. I've used him on several projects over the years, he does top notch work on his welding as well. I highly recommend his company, and I'll definitely use him again in the future. "

FAQs for barbed wire fence installation projects in Burleson, TX

Barbed wire is a type of fencing made from steel wire with sharp edges or points spaced along the strands. It's designed to prevent unauthorized entry or contain livestock by acting as a physical deterrent. Barbed wire fences are often seen in agricultural settings or high-security areas because they're effective, durable, and require little maintenance.

You can expect to pay between $3 and $6 per linear foot for a barbed wire fence, including installation. The exact price depends on factors like material quality, number of strands, wire thickness, and labor costs. If you have a larger project, bulk purchasing and hiring a professional might offer cost savings.

The number of strands you need depends on the fence's purpose and the level of security you want. For a standard livestock fence, you might use three to five strands. For higher-security needs, you may require more strands to meet your needs. Consider your specific requirements and talk to your fence installation pro to determine the appropriate number.

Barbed wire fencing regulations vary by location. In many residential areas, the use of barbed wire is restricted or prohibited due to safety concerns. Before installing a barbed wire fence, work with your barbed wire fence installation pro to check local zoning laws and homeowner association rules to ensure compliance with regulations.

The lifespan of a barbed wire fence depends on the quality of materials and environmental conditions. Fences made with high-quality, galvanized wire and proper coatings can last between 20 and 30 years. Regular maintenance and inspections can extend the fence's longevity by addressing issues like rust or damaged strands promptly.
