"The service provider arrived on time, was professionally dressed and polite.  He was very nice.  He went in back and replaced, rewired the outlet on the outside of the back of the house.  He then examined the doorbell to see why it wasn't working.  I thought it was all wired into the house's electric, but part of it was battery and part of it was on the house's electric.  He advised replacing a battery to see if that worked.  If not I was to contact them again.  I bought a special battery at a Battery's and Bulbs store and it works again.
