"Contact by email and phone was prompt, professional courteous.  Ricardo, the owner of the company is very nice, and answered all questions. He asked me to email pictures, so he could do an email bid.  I emailed the pictures, and he responded same day.  I was especially pleased that he said the finished product would be as durable or more durable than the original seat.  He arrived at my home on time with all necessary tools, chemicals, and protective covers.
I watched as he cleaned the leather, sanded the rough leather, stained it several times, and applied a sealant.  Wow!  Fantastic.  Literally looked brand new!   As I watched, I learned about leather, and will definitely use a leather conditioner every 3 months as  he recommended.
In fact, I was so pleased, that I had him look at my leather chair, that was soiled by my scalp oil darkening the leather from maroon to almost black.  I asked  him if he would continue working and repair the chair for me.  He agreed, and we set the price for the chair.  He and I then found several smaller, less seriously soiled places, which he said he would treat as a courtesy.  I  hired him on the spot to repair the chair, and have already written the check to pay him.

"Carlos was EXTREMELY kind and very hard working. I realized after he hung up the camera that it wasn't picking up wifi from where it was. He already drilled it into the steel beam but without any problem, he was VERY understanding and polite. I feel horrible because I would tell him where I wanted it and he would put it there. Then I would ask him to move it. Carlos was so very kind and he never had a problem. I feel I made it more difficult. I didn't mean to. But no matter what he was kind and never showed anything but happiness and kindness. Anyone who reads this needs to hire Carlos. I think you would be so happy with your choice.
