When I first called it was after hours and he had just gotten home.when I called I was requesting service to remove trapped squirrels that had not been picked up in a timely manner. As soon as he heard that he said this can not wait until tomorrow as it is too cruel. I will be over tonight as soon as I put on my work clothes and take care of the situation immediately.
